You should not take it very regularly take it only when required and for a journey of 24 to 30 hrs one tab every 8 hrs will be sufficient enough remember it can cause sedation so be prepared for that.

This might be because of motion sickness and allergy to AC for which you ca use anti-emetics like promethazine (avomine) which will give relief but don't get addicted to them.
