You are probably suffering from what dermatologist call urticaria. Common causes are food allergy, infection or drugs taken for some condition. It presents with itching resulting in formation of red rashes which we call hives or wheals. Although in most cases cause remains unknown in spite of a thorough search. the problem which you are suffering is called urticaria. Since the duration is less than 6 weeks ,it is acute urticaria and if it is more than 6 weeks of time ,we label as chronic urticaria. It does not have a specific cause and has many potential trigger factors like infections, drugs, food hypersensitivity, environmental changes. Avil won't help. Take Candid V3 vaginal tablet at night. Apply candid cream on itchy areas. Maintain intimate hygiene with V wash or intiwash during bath.

Hello itching with or without rash? If possible, avoid scratching, keep the skin clean, use moisturiser on dry skin and stay away from known allergens.
have you done blood tests? Itching can be due to liver / kidney problems ,iron deficiency anemia, thyroid problems etc.
