Hello, we need to find out the cause for itching before treatment. There are causes like urticaria, eczema, allergic reactions, liver and renal systemic causes, contact dermatitis etc. Some topical therapy, soothening agents like calamine lotion or moisturiser should also be tried along with antihistaminics like avil or ceterezine.

Please make a will to stop it -- but go slow on this
Take 2 tabs less for a week again after a week 2 tabs less and so on
Also take Nux vom 30 - thrice daily 4 pills for next 4 weeks to compensate the loss due to reduction of dose of Avil.
After some time even stop taking Nux vom 30 - by reducing its doses.

Hi.
The causes of a urticaria are numerous, which may make the evaluation of a rash extremely difficult. An accurate evaluation by a provider may only be made in the context of a thorough history and physical examination.
As per ayurveda I can suggest.
1. Sariva kalpa-10 ml with warm water after food twice a day after food.
