Hi!
skin allergy may be due to many things like chemicals, dyes, sunlight, insect bite, perfumes or may be idiopathic.
Use a medicated gentle cleansing lotion on your skin for bath. Wear cotton clothes. Avoid allergists like soft drinks, other packaged foods, pets/ dust etc.
Usually long term-low dose treatment is required. You can take antihistamines like, tab levocetrizine 5mg twice daily or hydroxyzine 10mg twice daily.
Apply calamine lotion over affected areas.
