Hello, Thanks for the query. Usually atorvastatin does not cause any hyperacidity or such related symptoms. But if you are experiencing increased acidity then you may take pentaprazol as mentioned. Thanks

All medicines have side effects. Statins can damage the liver and cause diabetes, and some other side effects. Atorlip is required for patients of blockages, as in such patients benefits exceed side effects. If you are taking it due to cholesterol blood reports or any other reason, risk of side effects is more than chance of benefits.
