Please ensure that his blood sugar levels are under control as high blood sugar levels can cause weight loss. Also see to it that he takes a simple diet which is easy to digest. Also he should have his dinner by 7 - 7.30 pm. He can take Triphala powder 1 tsp at bedtime with a glass of Luke warm water.

Blood glucose 106 mg, is normal. You may have to check after food glucose to see if that is also normal. Secondly BP 130/80 mm Hg, shows high systolic BP. It should be 120 to 130 /70 to 80 mm Hg.
Main problem seems to be your excess weight, with a BMI of 37.5 kgs/M2 you have grade 2 obesity. Your ideal body weight should be 54 kgs. Hence carrying excess of 42 kgs. This is the major problem. Thanks.

I have seen the details mentioned, you seem to be taking quite a few medications. However, very vital information like what are the T3, T4 & TSH levels, lipid levels (only Tg Triglycerides is mentioned), no weight, height, extent f daily exercise and dietary pattern none of these details are there.
