Heel pain can be due to plantarfascitis or calcaneal spurs most commonly but there might be some other reasons also, try taking contrast bath for the right heel, meaning take 2 tubs, one of hot water and the other ice cold water, immerse you foot first for 25-30 sec in ice cold water then immerse for 3-4 min in hot tub, repeat this procedure 3-4 times and see if it helps, if not consult a physiotherapist for the treatment, also get an x-ray done to rule out he spurs, also correct footwear advice...more
