I have seen the details mentioned, you seem to be taking quite a few medications. However, very vital information like what are the T3, T4 & TSH levels, lipid levels (only Tg Triglycerides is mentioned), no weight, height, extent f daily exercise and dietary pattern none of these details are there. So difficult to give any specific advice.

Kiran as I can see you have been treated with all the lipid lowering drugs but in deed with my personal experience with saroglitazar is one of the good drug and suggest you to continue with it, not to for get about diet and exercise I don't have to say more as you know better. Either increase the dose of atorvastatin or shift to rosuvastatin but by any means should rduce ldl level

In majority of cases, it is totally treatable, you need counseling; need change in life style, Leave smoking, Avoid alcohol, Keep your BP and sugar level under control, Reduce your wt, Go for morning walk for 1 hr, Do exercise regularly,
