Hi. Increase in creatinine happens due to dysfunction of the kidney. Looking at your history it looks like your father is having chronic kidney disease. Some contribution to everything is partly his aging process as well. However he will need evaluation for the cause of worsening from 1.8 to 2.3. Also his diet seems to be reasonable. Pls meet a nearby nephrologist immediately.

Mr Somasundaram, You have not mentioned what medications you are on, for high blood pressure and for controlling blood glucose. Plus there is no mention about either blood glucose levels or BP readings. It is very difficult to comment without any of these details. Nose bleeds at times do occur with out any serious cause. Please come back with full details thanks.

Mr. Lybrate-user, you may be passing hard stools, very common in summer. You will have to increse the amount of liquids esp water you consume, it will also be good to have a good amount of green leafy vegetables and eat 2-3 bananas daily. You should also sit in warm water 3 times daily till the wound heals.
