Both are same formulations. There are 2 medicines in this prescription. Atorvastatin is required after blockages, and for those with cholesterol above 300. F is fenofibrate, a medicine required if fasting triglycerides are above one thousand. What are your lipid values?

Dear hyperlipedemia is your condtion and in ihomoeopathic perspective it is due to more stress than the food which also plays a short role. So do some yoga or pranayam to reduce stress. Right homoeopathic medicine after assessing the cause of this condition will bring a permanent cure.

Don't discontinue, go on with same medicine, with the same dose & try to change your diet, take fat free, salt restricted, high fiber diet, check your lipid profile every month, when your cholesterol & triglyceride will come down, then reduce the dose in consultation with a cardiologist. Last but not the least, regular exercise is essential.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
No drug is recommended when TSh is below 10 mU/L. Similarly when TGL levels are below 500 mg, no treatment is required. Only proper exercise and diet control is enough. Thanks.

U need to check fasting lipid profile. And according to it I can suggest dose of atorvastatin. But at this age your ct will definately show blockages. U should go for conventional angiography if you really having anginal typical symptoms to know real picture. your medicines are insufficient.
