You should take Sitz bath (Hot water tub bath) followed by application of Sushruta ointment and Lekhan Powder in anal passage 2-4 times daily. Put 5 ml of Sushruta oil in anal passage in night. Query received after 3 months. No details about duration of complaint. List of medication. Investigation reports as age is only 14 years. All necessary precaustions for acidity and long term pan 40 daily is necessary. If no relief a physician who is treating all these issues will be able to guide.

There are lots of side effects of statins but if prescribed to you your doctor must have condered about them.
Life style modification (like diet control, regular exercise, weight reduction and maintaining etc) is more important to control it.

It's cause of concern that your insulin is not acting to neutralize the sugar while you are taking good medicines prescribed by your experience doctor. This is non response of drugs. It's not fault in treatment by your doctor. I would suggest the support of ayurveda medicine as support to your current medicine. Both won't counteract with each other.
