How were you diagnosed as atherosclerosis bcoz your on high dose statin which will cause fatigue. As per your indication we have adjust the dose.

However, after having the medicine after a while he vomited and if this is side effects, how long will this side effect go on. Or how to manage the side effect. Will be appreciated for your help. Yes. Nausea and vomiting can be side effects of cholinesterase inhibitors and donepezil (donetaz) is one of the cholinesterase inhibitors. It would be advisable to start at a lower dose which is available as Donepezil 5 mg tablet. There are other alternatives too. Please discuss with your doctor who prescribed it or you contact me for further advise.

U need to check fasting lipid profile. And according to it I can suggest dose of atorvastatin. But at this age your ct will definately show blockages. U should go for conventional angiography if you really having anginal typical symptoms to know real picture. your medicines are insufficient.

If you are already under atorvastatin you can have it in the previous evening before lipid profile to ascertain whether it is under control with atorvastatin or not
