In the 7th TCA peel by my dermatologist my skin reacted badly white patches stuck on skin. On 16 th day he said its allergy and prescribed desonide cream medrol tablets, on 21 st day he removed white patches with cotton and said I got infection, now he prescribed me azithral 500. Did he do the right thing by removing it manually?

There are lots of chances of side effects and that's what you have got.

I have melasma on my cheeks I have used melano tx cream + desonide and before it hydroquinone 2% + sun blockage cream+ melano tx medicine but it is not cured by it is there laser to remove it fastly because I am taking balanced diet but it is not cured by all these may be these are sun damage triggers.

Melasma needs long prolonged care. Wear your sunscreen regularly for now. Use desonide and hq 2% for short contact time max 1-2 hour only under guidance.

I am 15 years old and I have acne. What can I do to reduce them and the scars as well. I use himalaya neem face wash twice a day. I used to use desonide gel given my doctor, the acne reduced and I was scared to continue it longer so I left using it. Its been 7 months since I left using it. Should I use it again or do something else to reduce acne?

Desonide is a steroid, which is not advised for acne. Acne is a common problem of this age group. The treatment of acne can be better suggested following clinical assessment and grading of the disease. It is advisable to seek physical or video consultation with a dermatologist. In the meantime, you can start with clindamycin 1% gel at bed time over areas of acne. Wash your face regularly. Do not squeeze your pimples. Avoid use of oily creams on your face. Im using desonide cream mix with tretin cream each day and night since 1 month as prescribed by doctor for dark spots but recently I have started using suncros lotion over these cream. Everything is good but there are tiny acne are coming from 4 to 5 days. Some online searches said its milia. Please tell me what should I do? And yes im not in the same town as the doctor who prescribed me this medication.

Desonide is a topical steroid which is not to be applied for long esp over the face. So please consult a nearby dermatologist before using it further. If itâs milia then it will have to be removed at a clinic by a dermatologist. Avoid scrubbing of face.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from readymade gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe Vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour.
Stop using soap on face. Instead take a spoon of milk, add a pinch of turmeric (haldi). Mix n apply on face with the help of cotton. Leave for a few minutes then wash off. Apply moisturizer like coconut oil.
