Dear Lybrate user avoid facewashes and creams, use gram fluor instead ,eat more vegetables and whole fruits, drink plenty of water ,since acne depend on many internal causes it needs an internal medicinal treatment for cure.

I will suggest you to apply zole ointment at night over the lesion and apply candid powder in morning and follow up after two weeks

Wash the groin skin two to three times a day.
Keep the groin area dry.
Avoid excess groin skin irritation by wearing 100% cotton underwear.
Avoid fabric softeners, bleaches, or harsh laundry detergents.

Normally azelaic acid makes skin dry, if it is still oily you should change the product after consulting a dermatologist.

By doing what like walking, exertion- itching increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?
It can be because of dermatitis/ eczema or allergy or dryness or fungal infection or psoaiasis etc. I need details of case n preferably pics of affected area. In the meanwhile follow this

Ohhh my God.. its horrible advice. its very high potency steroid cream.

No after demelan cream you can't apply moisturizer..
use Uvglare lotion morning and Arbiglow cream night
and Glareglow face wash for 4 months.

Steroid are extremely dangerous medicines and should not be taken without prescription, whether by mouth or applied on skin. It will thin your skin and make it sensitive, especially this steroid is a 'superpotent' steroid, so more damage.
