Mirtazapine (nassa not ssri) is far better in inducing sleep compared to venlafaxine. Venlafaxine is not superior to mirtazapine in treating adhd, ocd and anxiety. A ssri (e.g. Paroxetine, slight helpful in sleep induction too) would be a good choice if you want to shift from mirtazapine.

Atomoxetine (acepta) is a very good medication & we can increase its dose depending on your sons responses like studies, behavior in class etc. In addition, there are other good medications like methylphenidate, clonidine also which can be prescribed if required.
