It will not go away without proper treatment. On the other hand, addressing it at the earliest will help cure th...more

Hello, Thanks for the query.
When blood pressure is well controlled it should be 120 to 130 / 70 to 80 mm Hg. Secondly blood glucose should be Fasting < 100 mg, After food 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8 (not mentioned).
It is clear from above information that both BP and blood glucose (diabetes) are not in control.

Your serum creatinine level (2.20) is on the higher side and also hbv surface antigen positive (which may be positive from the earlier days also. It will be a wise thing to consult with your nephrologist in an online portal. Most of our colleagues have adopted the online consultation system. I am sure your nephrologist is definitely using at least whatsapp. So get in touch with him. Thanks.

Hello, thanks for the query.
You are already on a number of drugs to control blood glucose. Plus hba1c% is fairly good. Ideally in a very well controlled diabetes patient of your age fasting glucose should be < 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg & hba1c% < 6.8%.
Considering that what you need to do is take a very well balanced and restricted diet, that provides exact amount of calories for your ideal body weight. (weight and height not mentioned). Plus regular exercise of over 1 hour a day should ...more
