Hi,
ativan is a potent anti-anxiety medication, but it is highly addictive and difficult to quit especially after prolonged use. Self-medication is always risky and can be hazardous. So, it is in your best interest if you consult a nearby psychiatrist and discuss for safer alternatives of ativan and if ativan needs to be taken, it should be taken under a psychiatrist's supervision.

Hello lybrate-user
your doctors advice is right
ativan and lonazep both are benzodiazepines which cause dependence. Meaning you can get addicted to them.
In the long term the addiction will result in memory disturbances, gait disturbances etc which you must avoid right now.
Reduce it slowly over two months but do reduce it.

Don't believe the hype and do not be taken away by market gimmicks
companies offer many types of nonsurgical penis-enlargement treatments, and often promote them with serious-looking advertisements that include endorsements from "scientific" researchers.
Look closely — you'll see that claims of safety and effectiveness haven't been proved.
Marketers rely on testimonials, skewed data and questionable before-and-after photos. Dietary supplements don't require approval by the food and...more

Why change? continue the same if it is under control. But, you definitely have to start on antiplatelet drugs since you are a diabetic in order to protect the heart. You definitely should lose weight. You are atleast 20 kg overweight.

You are having benzodiazepine dependence, since you might not be able to sleep without ativan tablets. BZD dependence in long run may cause mixed anxiety and depressive symptoms, which may also lead to disinterest in sex. Please get yourself treated for both. Consult personally for a treatment plan.

No there is no instant cure with an express medicine, medicines act when they reach optimum blood levels which take some time on continuous intake, sleep, pain relief etc may have instant cures.

Ativan is not a good tab for the same. A panic attack is a sudden episode of intense fear that triggers severe physical reactions when there is no real danger or apparent cause. Panic attacks can be very frightening. When panic attacks occur, you might think you're losing control, having a heart attack or even dying.
Many people have just one or two panic attacks in their lifetimes, and the problem goes away, perhaps when a stressful situation ends. But if you've had recurrent, unexpected pa...more
