Dear Soumick,
I don't understand your problem. Ativan is a benzodiazepine. It might make you dependent on it if you take for a long term. It can not be stopped suddenly also. Try to control yourself in a non medical method and then gradually reduce Ativan

Both are benzodiazepines and come under schedule x drug and need to be taken as per doctor s advice, preferably a specialist and not over the counter. Both act differently and both are sedative. So exercise caution. Good luck.

Hi. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time.
1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals,
2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal,
3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods,
