Sizopin and serlift are medication for different purpose to combine with ativan and other drugs is not a good idea. I am not sure why were all these drugs combined in the first place. Please be careful in combining all these drugs.

Gradually you have to reduce the dose of ativan. A longer acting sleeping pill may be replaced which will be easier to stop. For that you need to take the help of a neurologist.

Insomnia is the resultant of main stress,& any other causes of grief/shock/psychologically focal/neurological complaints or any physical illness, medications, lifestyle, the food you take& its timings, etc.
In homeo, as medicines will be chosen based on reason, it works well. In fact, there are very good remedies in this system. Which doesn't show any side effects &quitens your mind?
Better to see any homeopathic specialist for better results.
