Aten is usually avoided in diabetes,because it masks symptoms of hypoglycaemia, unless you have ischemic heart disease. Abanna is brand from Himalaya which is used in Ayurveda.

Dear , normally bp should not go beyond 140/90. It's good that you have started taking medicines. Keep a record of your bp. If it is less than 140/90, then continue your medicines

As i am having hypertension past 6 years and taking medicines like amlopress 5mg and aten 25mg daily once in a morning .Is it having comliplications if I use this tablets for longer time?

Swelling of feet can occur due to amlopres but its not very seroius problem.Aten can cause slow heart rate.So get your regular checkups done with doctor.

mostly no by direct effect
but chronic hypertension stiff the brain blood vessel and reduce brain blood flow which cause degenerative changes and may result in trebling

Every drug has its side effects, aten is betabloker reduce pulse rate, sometimes cause heart block respiatory distress, amlodepine causes swelling of feet. Sex distress.

Medicine is not good option for high triglycerides. Reduce sugar, jaggery and starchy foods. Take balanced diet, not restricted diet. Exercise. Best wishes. RBajaj.

While hydrochlorthiazide causes hypokalemia and hyponatremia ,hence it can cause weekness
Measure serum electrolyte level to see electrolytecdisbalance as a cause of letharge
Blood pressure need to be monitored as low blood pressure can be a cause of it!
