Hello lybrate-user. Usually allopathic medicine does not reduce. You will need to take regular check up. After reducing the dose.
Like you can take tazloc 20 mg instead of 40 and then take check up.
If it stays controlled then reduce more.
But never do it abruptly.
You can take homoeopathic treatment. It can help to reduce it faster.

All parameters are at acceptable levels (though not under normal) except gfr which need not have been calculated. If he is passing urine normally with normal volume no tabs needed other than the ones he is already taking. Add any multivitamin and that would do. Kindly check sugar levels too.

Everyone taking a ten will get palpitations when stopping. Reduce gradually, 12.5 mg dose reduction every week to avoid this problem.
Palpitations are common with poor diet. Reduce sugar and starch, increase traditional health foods like nuts eggs.

You need to undergo check up for high bp in young individual.
It is basically to look for any curable things which can cure your blood pressure.
One example is renal artery stenosis that is if blood supply to kidneys are low due to blockage high bp can happen, it is completely curable. Once you start bp tablet very difficult to stop through out your life. So better to check everything and them start.

1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). Or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories.
3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to ...more
