You have to go for a thorough review. Always go for a regular follow up with your doctor so that your overall health can be assessed after Physical examination and some basic tests. You can also learn Yoga and pranayam which can be beneficial for you in the long run. Let the doctor guide you about medications based on the current status and explain the things to you in a simple manner. Do learn more about healthy lifestyle changes from the internet and implement those easy to follow guidelines.
