Stop all anti-allergic medication.

1- marichyadi oil or marich oil 10ml+coconut oil 100ml + camphor 5gm mix thoroughly and apply the itching area twice daily.
2- mahamanjisthadi kwath 20ml+abhayarishta 15ml twice daily with water after food as far as possible take vegetarian diet, avoid curd and non-veg. Continue all for 3 months and report.

Fungal infections of skin may be tinea, candidal and many more. Most common infection is tinea also called as ring worm. This needs treatment with oral and topical antifungals. Period of treatment varies from patient to patient depending on the type of response. It may be weeks or months.
