Mr. Lybrate-user govind, there is nothing like stage I or 2 in diabetes. If you are on treatment then fasting should be closer to 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c% <7. If your current treatment is achieving that, then it is good. Controlling blood sugar near normal is very essential to prevent or delay the onset of long term complications of diabetes.

follow diabetic diet use rice twice a week only in the afternoon, have methiseeds soaked in the water over nite in the empty stomach morning, do waliking for 30 mins a day 5 times a week, have early and lite dinner and devoid rice for dinner -before 8pm and take metformin 30mins before food.

Dear Labrate user, you are suffering from productive cough and taking cough syrup given by the chemist. Firstly if this cough is of short duration 3-4 day and not associated with fever and other symptom then it's ok. Otherwise you need thorough checkup.
