asthalin is not recommended now
in high doses it increases risk of death
ease get a cbc ige chest xray and pft
visit a chest physician as soon as possible.

This looks like asthma, can be confirmed with detailed questions
inhaled salbutamol is recommended than oral syrup for their side effects. Pressurized metered dose inhaler (pmdi) asthalin can be given with a spacer and face mask, if not relieved pmdi budesonide with salbutamol 100 mcg is better, 1 puff whenever cough occurs. asthma is a long standing condition which requires a correct diagnosis, strict adherance to medications that is inhaler with spacer device, combination of preventers and releivers. Kindly do a allergy skin test, start on oral allergy immunotherapy, allergy avoidance, environmental control of smoke, regular follow up with one chest doctor in mumbai. Thankyou.

Abpa is hypersensitivity reaction of airways to lungs. It is associated with asthma. For diagnosis you need to meet a chest specialist who will assess and see if you have apba or not. For diagnosis few blood tests to test allergy and ct chest are recommended.

both. asthalin gives u tremors in hand saky hand.
BEST IS
SEROFLOW INHALER TWO PUFFS TWO TIMES A DAY. IT ONLY ACT ON LUNG NO OTHER PART OF BODY IS INVOLVED. NO SIDE EFFECTS.
