I'm on nebilet 5 mg, lercadip 20 mg still my bp is high and doctor has added natrilix1. 5 mg all, once a day. Is this natrilix save. I'm 34 years was dx with bp when I was in my last trimester. Now I am going to 5 months post delivery normally.

I am having suffering since 3 days. I have fever chills cough badly and I get sweating in night time.in day time I feel chills. I took 3 days solo 65p 2 times a day but nothing changed as well as I bottle of tusq dx cough syrup but nothing changed. I feel very tired.

I am 24 male. I am having cough and cold from last 15-20 days. As per recommendation from local doctor, I took 14 clavam (antibiotic) but I still wasn't feeling well so I also had to take 5 montana l. Along that two cough syrups as well so far (corex dx). But I am still coughing, most of the time mucus comes with cough as well. Let me know what should I do next.

Hi Mr. lybrate-user
you are most probably having a post infectious respiratory tract inflammatory cough and or chronic sinusitis
apart from these you might require some more medications post some investigations
please let me know if further advice is required.

My age is 22 years and I have sinus problem since 2 years and controlling sinus allergy using metasapray and ebast m tablet but currently I have coughing since last 3 weeks and I consulted with a reputed Dr. And he told me to take asthakind dx syrup for 5 days and after taking it I felt little better and now Dr. Has prescribed benz pearls capsules for more 5 days and with that earlier I took relent od capsule for 10 days and currently taking histakind m tablet, metaspray nasal spray, benzpearls cap thrice in a day, and esoga rd cap, but coughing problem is still there and when I cough then feeling some throat irritation like I feel breathing problem so I need to control my coughing and also sometimes feel that my throat has been swollen like while swallowing feel difficult sometimes specially early in the morning and I would like to inform you that 4 years back I had tuberculosis but that was treated and its course was completed, so please tell me why I am getting coughing since last more than 20 days and why my throat provides difficulties why I cough.

Don't worry, if you take the above mentioned medications for short term (3 to 4) days, it won't have any effect on the baby.

dextromethorphan is not recommended for children, rather use Benadryl
avoid all cold and sour foods, if the child is breast fed, the mother as well is supposed to avoid all cold and sour foods

I have been suffering from dry cough for nearly a month now. On the 8th of December I had started 3 days Azithromycin antibiotic treatment with Ascoril D cough syrup and my cough subsided. Again it has resumed from the last couple of days and now again I have been suffering from severe cough from more than a week. I had Ascoril D (10 ml) twice daily which did not work and so switched to Alkof dx (7.5 ml). But nothing seems to work. Can I take another course of Azithromycin 3 tabs course although its been only 19 days since I had it last? please reply because due to this cough I am not even able to sleep at nights.

Hello Lybrate user cough since one month should not be neglected, that too after a course of antibiotics causes can be TB, sinusitis, pleuritic pathology, throath causes, allergies etc
better to get evaluated by a physician and take appropriate treatment. Take care.
