I am 50 year male .15 days ago I am surfing from coughing with white phlegm and mild shortness of breath at evening after 5 days mild shortness of breath occurs again but cure by itself after sometime. I consult one doctor online due to lighten he prescribed me foracort 200 mg inhaler2puf twice daily ,tab ab phylline 200sr once daily after breakfast and montair fx. I am taking this medicine from 9 days now I have no coughing and no shortness of breath. Can I stop tab ab phylin 200sr after 10 days and continue treatment only with foracort 200 mg inhaler. I have same problem 6 year back but after treatment with esiflo 250 inhaler. I am fine from 6 year.

It seems you are having seasonal atopic asthma. It is not severe now but after passage of each decade of your life it may not be the same. Take care of building an immunity, breathing exercises, pranayam if not at least brisk walking every day for 10000 steps. Avoid food or drinks causing gastric irritation. Avoid gerd. Foracort 100 rota cap once a day with rota haler will be more beneficial

I am 20 years old. I feel shortness of breath from last 10-12 days, I feel like I am not talking deep satisfying breath also yawning 1-2 times in a minute. I showed to a physician 10 days ago and he gave me montair lc and ab phylline sr 200 mg for 15 days, also he does complete body checkup. The report came normal also my chest is clear, no cough or cold nor I am smoking. But after 10 days also when I concentrate on my breath I feel uneasy and my focus is always on my breath and that feel me anxious. Please suggest what I do.

I am suffering from COPD with severe cough and sneezing, running nose and hard breath with lot of mucus .some time I am suffering from bolts. Doctor prescribed Azee-500, montair-10, pan 40 ,AB phylline and seroflo 125 inhaler .after taking the prescribed dose I will get a cure from this symptoms but after a while I will be thrown to the old stage and symptoms! Is their a complete remedy for this ailment? I was a chain smoker for a couple of decades and now I have reduced my intake of cigarettes to 3 or 4! What I want to do? I am a senior citizen and my age is 68 now! Desperately searching and longing for a remedy.

COPD is a gradually progressive disease and its exacebation and breathlessness can be controlled by use of ultra short LABA and LAMA ,taken by inhalation. Quit smoking as it is smoke induced disease. Take adult vaccination and join a pulmonary rehabilitation programme.

But medicines intake are large. For diabetes- diamicron xr 60 @ breakfast, Volibo. 3@lunch and Tenglyn 20mg@dinner. Last HgAc reading-6.5 (nov 1) For COPD -Tiova rotacap 1, Budate 400 trnscap 1, Onbeze inhaler! daily and AB phylline cap with Dilzem30For Glaucoma prevention- Alphagan Z Eye drop 2 times daily. Taking all these medicines regularly for last 3 yearsAny change required after prolong use. Any better alternatives?

Acebrophylline is not the solution for cough. Better go a doctor nearby and get your child examine to find the cause of cough. Then go for treatment under supervision.

Today I feel tightness in chest and shortness of breath and I got so much panic about this before 5 days later I suffer same condition shortness of breath, feeling dizzy, eyebrows are feeling heavy, fainting, palpitations so I go to nearest hospital they take my bp my blood pressure was 110/70 and my spo2 was 97 and pulse rate was 140 after this my doctor perform some tests like chest xray, cbc, rbs, creatinine, esr, sgpt all the test was normal after this my doctor prescribed me some medicine like ab phylline, distress, delbi-cv medicines I take these pills for 5 days and rotocap 250 because I have allergies in chest in past that's why after taking all these medicines my shortness of breath is fine for 2 days and today again I feel tightness in chest and rapidly breathing like my breath is not coming properly and then I feel dizziness and shaking and fainting type symptoms I feel so iil I am worried about myself because of corona virus I am scared so much please please help me out.

There is a season change which can lead to asthma if you have history of same in past.
I need to know your further details to come to a diagnosis.
It does not look like corona symptoms to me.

My wife, 69 years was hospitalized for erythroderma psoriasis ,over whole body for a month and she has recovered from weeping eczema, swellings in hands and legs. Her skin has become dark .some places skin is thick. On feet, swelling appears some times and go. Medicines psorid 50 (1-0-1), ab phylline (1-0-1), tab atarax 25 mg (1-0-0), cetrizine 10 mg (1-0-1) and unizyme cap (1-0-1) continued after her discharge 3 weeks ago. Her body is kept moist 4 to 5 times by liquid petroleum/ pure coconut or til oil. She is taking protinex and eggs white also. We know the limitations of allopathic medicines and their side effects. Can homeopathy treatment go together along with allopathic? Only very experienced respected doctors please suggest and advise.

My blood sugar high at the morning 160 to 170 and evening get low 130 to 140 form one week .is it due to antibiotic medicine taken due ear infection. 1. Cefdox cv 200 2. Phlogam 3.brophyle n 3.levocetirizine and montelukast.

Yes sometimes antibiotics taken for infection may cause fluctuations in blood sugars. It is advisable to follow diet strictly during any infection. Please continue your diabetic medicines if you are taking any. After the course of tablets is over, monitor your blood sugars regularly. Then if required you can change dose of diabetic medicines.

I am 43 years having asthma (taking only asthalin inhaler occasionally) & thalassemia minor. On april 21, I had fever upto 103.5 & fever remained till april 22 taken azithromycin & paracetamol for 3 days. No covid test done. On apr 27, the heart rate continuously remained at 118 & breathlessness arises no wheezing (oxy level 97). I had taken neubliser budecort, aspirin 75 mg, alprax 0.25 mg for 5 days & recovered fully. On may 10, again the heart rate went upto 140 & breathlessness arises. Chest xray & ecg is normal except sinus tachycardia. I have taken ab phylline 100 mg bd, neuboliser budecort+ duolin bd, montek l od & alprax 0.25 mg od for the past 12 days. Also taking aspirin 75 mg od for the past 3 days. Oxy level 96-98, heart rate 84 at rest & with walking 10 minutes it is 90-98. Slight pressure felt (no pain) between the upper left nipple to armpit area. Blood pressure 110/76. My query is how long I have to continue with the above medicines/neub & has never faced this issue before.

Hi this increased heart rate is due to a budecort
You may stop the medication now if you are asymptotic.
But I would advice you should consult me before doing that
