You can take vitamin E and aspirin together. there is no problem. AT the same time, avoid fried food and fatty food. Take plenty of green vegetables and fruits. However, you have not mentioned details of the "artery" which is blocked'. Some arteries may cause problem in having baby. So we need to know the details.

Hello, thanks for using Lybrate.
as patient is on aspirin and suffered ischemic stroke it is risky to interrupt aspirin therapy, but when there is another problem which is unbearable we need to do operation.
Try to control it medically but if it is sever then we need to take risk and do surgery.

Aspirin and lonipin is generally prescribed to patients who is having bad obstetric history like previous abortions etc it is safe during pregnancy and costly too. But if needed it should be taken pl discuss with your doctor.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful
use no pillow under the head.
Do hot fomantation.
Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days.
Caldikind plus 1tab od x10.
Do neck, back & general exercises.
It may have to be further investigated.
You will need other supportive medicines also.
Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

You are on aspirin, which is a blood thinner. It causes excessive bleeding post extraction, so it should be stopped 3 days before extraction of the tooth and 3 days post extraction. You are also on immunosuppresant drugs i. E. Azathioprine and ciclosporin which is suppressing your immune system, to fight infection. Dear lybrate user, ecosprin is used as a blood thinner- that's a common way to explain it effect. But this is only a way to explain. In reality blood is not thick or thin. Its only platelets which form clots in the blood which are made non-functional by ecosprin. If you start taking ecosprin then you may risk having bleeding episodes as platelets help us controlling bleeding when we accidentally cut ourselves.
