Any condition due to strain full activity apply ice pack for 20 minutes and apply pain relief ointment and avoid jogging and training, long standing, and apply bandage for few days.

Morning stiffness in back & other joints is quite a common condition.
Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.
Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it.
Use no pillow under the head.
Any way take
bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises
contact me again if need be.
Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

wear a comfortable foot wear
do some light exercise
visits physiotherapist he will suggest you some specific exercises.

take rest
keep ankle elevated
apply cold pack for 20 minutes/thrice a day apply compression bandage.
Do ankle toe movement.
Take ultrasound therapy at physiotherapy clinic.
Still pain doesn't go get it xray done and consult me via lybrate.

First get it's x-ray done, to rule out fracture. And if its just tissue tear then need to wear brace for it for 15-20 days and apply ice over it.
