I have never heard or read of any such thing. Dandruff can be treated with lotions and shampoo (not commercial ones). Some people do have more oily scalp which cause visible flakes which we cause dandruff. There are some other conditions also which can present like flaking of the scalp. No, Acne or pimples due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Food like oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it. You should take rhus tox 200 thrice a day for two days. For two days five drops in water with a massage od mustard oil and camphor oil mixed in equal qty. At night. During sprain you must not play.

sprained ankle you should first and foremost avoid massaging the foot and ankle.
Secondly get an x-ray of the ankle to rule out any fractures.
You can apply crepe bandage, ice pack application and strict limb elevation while sleeping and active moments of the toe to avoid swelling and inflammation.

You can first use the rice approach to treat your ankle:
rest: you may need to use crutches until you can walk without pain.
Ice: for at least the first 24 to 72 hours or until the swelling goes down, apply an ice pack for 10 to 20 minutes every hour or two during the day. Always keep a thin cloth between the ice and your skin, and press the ice pack firmly against all the curves of the affected area.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.
