Hi, Just for clarification the sprain will happen in Ligaments and the Lower back is mostly muscle area. Your problem due to be muscle stain. Give hot back and release muscle spasm which probably happened there. For better result consult directly with Physio. Examination and assessment is required for correct solution. If it is muscle spasm stretching exercise will help. If it is severe injury ti soft tissue you need more rest.

you will be alright withing few days just take the below medicines and follow the instruction 1. Ayursun itis tab 2-0-2 2. Ayursun itis oil - external application where is pain intructions 1. Do yoga, pranayam, kapalbharti, anulom- vilom, bhramari etc. 2. Dring more water, eat green vegatables, fressh fruits just follow above normal things you will be alright within few days but you have to continue at least 3 to 4 months.

I can understand your concern but kindly do not take these medicines without a dermatologist opinion
dandruff can be cured by using various shampoos containing ketoconazole, zinc pyrithione. Ciclpirox olamine etc
