Get your vitamin and calcium levels checked. Eating fresh fruits will help. You can take simple analgesics. Physiotherapy will be good for your knees. If the pain persists see an orthopedic surgeon.

Inspite of rib bone fracture you'll have to take deep breaths. Analgesics in form of paracetamol and aceclofenac combination will help alleviate your pain.

Chymoral forte alone is sufficient at this stage and it a more safe drug than kedac-sp which is a combination of aceclofenac, paracetamol and serratiopeptidase. If you have pain you can apply hot packs and ice packs alternatively around the periphery of the stitched areas and painful regions.

Currently you are taking Diclofenac and paracetamol? If you have Dengue fever, don’t take any NSAID such as Diclofenac or Aceclofenac. Because it will affects your Platelet count. Hello sir. I suggest you to try out proper medications like combination of aceclofenac and paracetamol twice daily for atleast 5 days after food
avaoid lifting weights. If the pain reduces, we can continue with the same treatment for sometime
however if it does not subside then we may have to investigate it further with the help of x ray and mri probably to rule out any injury to the muscle (rotator cuff injury)
