Hello. I presume you are taking these tablets for heart disease? The combination seems to be quite okay, provided your blood pressure and other parameters are within normal range. If you are concerned, please do visit your doctor for further advice.

Everyone reacts to medicines differently, but some side effects are typical. These include nausea ,weight gain, lower sex drive, tiredness, trouble sleeping, dry mouth, blurred vision etc.
Antidepressants can bring relief from many symptoms of depression. But side effects are often part of the package. Some aren’t fun to deal with. Others you can manage. In rare cases, they can be serious
consultation is required before choosing any antidepressants.

Hi
Yes amlong (amlodepine) is good drug in diastolic dysfunction. The side effects like vomiting and dizziness maybe due to added AT in amtas combination which your mom took Try amlong and if she is still having prob then ask your doctor to give some diuretics for some time and use other BP medication to bring down BP to 120/80 range Then she will feel better.

I am krishan lal age 74 y, retired bk officer with normal good health, non smoker nor drinker, well settled / satisfied residing at gurgaon. In 1995 due to my domestic circumstances I get in the grip of hypertension & bp. My Dr. Of esi hospital checked me throughly and prescribed tab amlong a and tab alprax 2-5 daily. Since than I am taking both medicines daily regularly and living happy life and my bp remains in the rage of of 80-90/mobile. Four months back my chemist changed my tab amlong a into tab amlip at and I was taking tab amlip at in place of tab amlong a. Three months back my left eye ball which was cataract operated, get reddish. I consulted Dr. And he prescribed eye drops and tablets and it comes in normal condition. Last week all of sudden the same eye again become reddish. I immediately consulted my eye surgeon. He checked and prescribed flur eye drops and vit c tab for 15 days. He also suggested to consult general physio, who will change your bp tablet amlong a and tab alprax 2.5 mg. Sir, now the question - is this is due to change of medicine from amlong a to amlip at. Either is this, due to long time usage of tablet amlong a and tab alprax 2.5 & now its effect becomes week. Sir will you suggest any other good more effective name of medicine in place of tab amlong a and tab alprax 2.5. My phone no. mobile and e mail- email

Am long a. and am lip at are same medicines from different companies, some difference in potency is possible due to quality difference
Alprax is not bp medicine, it is for tension. Try to stop it, it is addictive. BP medicines often increase after ten years, do some change of medicines may be required now and again after some years
