I am taking following medicine 1.CTDT 6.25/40 2. MET XL 50 3. asomex2 mg 4. Urimax D 5.Tryptomer 25 6. Valium 10 mg My BP gets up to 154/ 110 My present prostrate weight is 47. 8 mg & residual urine after voiding remains to 80 ml. Now having ED. Sir can you suggest any medicines to treat all the diseases?

Can he take covid vaccine? Do we need any restrictions? I mean do we need to stop any medicine before or after taking vaccine?

Your father can take covid vaccine. No need to stop any medication. Just observe for a period of 30-60 minutes after taking vaccine. No restrictions needed.

My mother suffering from mouth dryness, she feel well when she drink water, she is taking hypertension medicines from last long time which is telista 80, moxovas 0.2, atorlip 10, asomex at & cobadex forte. maybe stop moxavas and atorlip. Atorlip us required AFTER blockage trouble, but often prescribed before, which leads to over medication and side effects.

Hello, I am 31 year old male. Last year I got to know that my cholesterol was increased and blood pressure was 150/100. My doctor prescribed me with espin 5 and ecosprin av 75. That I am taking daily at night. 2 days ago just for routine checkup I checked my blood sugar. That was 135 fasting and 188 one and half hours after meal. Yesterday it was 108 fasting and 155 after meal. I am overweight 87 kg with 5'7" height. My blood pressure and cholesterol is in control since I am taking medicines. My question is can I control my sugar just by reducing weight and taking balanced diet? Or I have to take medication for it.

My wife is having pain & burning sensation, in the mid of chest-since last 4/5 days. She does have pain below left breast & on the joint of shoulder bone of left side at back. Her BP is stable at 110/70mmhg on talking Espin-2.5 mg & Atenij-25 mg in the morning since 2006-when she had panic disorder due to anxiety on account of 3 demises in Family. Her vision in normal to perform daily activity even in kitchen after operating for NA Glaucoma in 2004. Her LE IOP is controlled at 17/18instilling Xalacom once at night. She does have acidity-issue & is taking Rab-D once in a while. Would you kindly advise about her constant & steady pain/burning sensation in mid chest & back. Can it lead to emergency of heart attack?

If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm.

For last 15 days I had asthma. My Dr. Suggested me seroflo 50 and Asthalin (both rotocap). And Grilinctus BM. I got this after lapse of 9 years. At that time also I used to take both d pumps and use to do pranayam which helped me lot in d past. Even today I do d same. Now more or less my asthma is under control but cough generation is there and mild chest congestion. Though I am prediabetic I was able to control my sugar level (104/135). But after d above pumps and grilinctus BM my sugar short up to fasting 122-130 PP 175-210 please help me to control both sugar level and my cough generation. I do not take any medicine for d same. I hv BP 4 last 25 years I take medicine (asomex 2.5 and almighty 20) and it is under control. Your advise please.

Seroflo 50 is for children. And asthlin rotacaps is for emergency use only. Better consult a resp. Phy for pris. Stop grilinctus and take lot of warm water. Asthlin and seroflo will not effect diabetes.

I am a male of 61 year old. I found my penis while erected (sexually/not) bent downwards as a curve. I also feel hardness with finger like stick on lower side of penis while not erected. Also penis shortened gradually. This was started 18 months earlier. I take medicine TELMA 80 & ASOMEX 2.5 for hyper blood pressure & volibo 0.2 for controlling blood sugar level. Pl. Hello doctor, my mother is 78 years old. She has mild diabetes (well controlled sugar levels with glycomet sr 500, taken twice a day), controlled hypertension (usually within 120/80) range with asomex 2.5 in morning and repace 50 at night. She also has hypothyroidism, takes eltroxin 100 mcg tablet per day. Since due to covid cases on the rise, she didn't have regular health tests since 2 years. What tests can I have done to ensure that she has a long life. Also, she does do some domestic chores (we don't allow her to cook, but she still wants to do some work, so while we are there we let her do some of the work. I am concerned as she doesn't do much walking and says I move around the house all day which is enough. Please suggest light exercise or required amount of exercise to ensure her health and health screening measures. Thank you.

Main thyroid or high BP patient hu so main 1.5 years se thyroid (Thyrox 37.5) or bp ki tablet (s-numlo-2.5) le rhe hu. Sir/Mam maine jab se mcbm-69 or ecosprin-75 tablet le rhe hu mujhe constipation ki problem ho rhe hai. Maine 8 jan 2018 se ye tablets lene start ki thi. Kya above mention sabhi tablets safe hai agar main pregnancy plan kar rhe hu or agar main conceive kar lete hu to kya main in tablets ko continue kar sakte hu. please help me waiting for reply.
