Paracetamol for fever and antihistamines for cold will be helpful during acute phase.
Increase ur immunity by having healthy diet. Drink plenty of liquids. Take adequate rest.

Diabetes usually does not produce any symptoms, that is why many people do not come to know about its presence. When fully developed may cause excessive urination, excessive hunger, excessive thirst, unexplained weight loss and tiredness.
For controlling headache painkillers can be used.

Take, plenty of water.
Avoid, junk food, dust smoke.
Take. easily digestible diet.
Homoeo mdicine.

You have to take proper treatment. Only paracetamol wont help. You can take sanjeevani. Vishamjwarantak. Godanti and giloy satwa with honey 4 times a day.

Hello, kindly follow health advices given below: 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 650 mg after food as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapatti etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths.
