The phenomenon which you are facing is fully normal. Sexual medicines acts on the circulatory system of human being and the main function of sexual medicine is to divert about 60% of blood flow towards the male sexual system. As soon as damiaplant enters your system, it channels a major part of blood flow towards the vascular muscles present inside your penis. As a result you can experience erection just after taking damiaplant. It has no harmful effects. You can take damiaplant for life time as...more

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Although common, the disease often is unrecognized – its symptoms misunderstood. This is unfortunate because gerd is generally a treatable disease, though serious complications can result if it is not treated properly. Heartburn is the most frequent – but not the only – symptom of gerd.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Before I start, i'd like to say that I would appreciate that my choices made are not shamed. I am simply here to ask for help. I will start by providing basic information about myself and my partner, then I will continue talking about the issue and the actions I have taken to reduce the risk of pregnancy. I'm an 18 year girl, around 60 kgs and 163 cm tall. I take no prior medications. I do no smoke nor do I drink. I do not have a history of medical conditions. My boyfriend is 21, 75 kgs and 186 cm tall. He takes no prior medications. He smokes but does not drink. Me and my boyfriend had sex a few hours back and the condom broke. He ejaculated inside me as a result. As soon as we found out the condom broke I tried cleaning out the semen with tissue and peed. I washed my vagina with water and shoved tissue inside it to clean out any of the remainder seminal fluids. I cleaned myself twice. We live in a country where plan b and the abortion pill aren't available. I do have access to birth control but have not been on it for a while. I took birth control for a week on the 24th of may, and stopped it. A week later after I stopped the pill I got my periods from the 6th to the 9th of june. I've been keeping track of my periods on flo and it predicted that my ovulation cycle lasts from the 10th to the 22nd of june. The app also predicts my day of ovulation to have occurred on the 17th of june. According to what knowledge I have the egg supposedly only lasts for 24 hours. Once again, we had sex on the 23rd of june, which is today. The birth control I have access to is yasmin, 0.03 mg of ethinylestradiol and 3 mg of drospirenone. I have heard that as per the yuzpe method it is recommended to take 0.1 mg-0.12 mg of ethinylestradiol along with 0.5 mg of levonorgestrel. The progestin levonorgestrel is a second generation progestin whereas drospirenone is a fourth generation progestin. I decided to take 4 pills around 3 hours after we had sex. I have heard that I should take another 4 after 72 hours. I would like to know if this would help at all in reducing the chance of pregnancy. It is illegal in my country to have sex outside of marriage so going to the doctor would get us in serious trouble. I plan on waiting a week for my period as I anticipate it in 9 days but hopefully it comes around faster with the pills. If my period doesn't come along i'll take a pregnancy test and find another way to proceed if it turns out positive. I would like to know if there's anything additional I should do in order to reduce my chances of pregnancy. Do I increase the dose of birth control any further? What are the signs and symptoms I should look out for if I am pregnant? Any advice is welcome.

Hi. Yes I understand your problem. You followed everything very well but safety is better than to regret it later. Use ocps along with condom for better contraception as just condoms failure rate is more as you experienced .and wen you use ocps never misss a single dose. U should remember that.
And one more thing please do not follow harsh methods like cleaning with a tissue inside the vagina all that, as that method will not help because there will be millions of sperms in the semen and onl...more

Dear Sirs, I had DVR (double valve replacement) back 2004, (now I am 35 years old )since then I'm on medications warfarin, aspirin and benzathin penicillin, everything was going well.Since Nov 2010 every winter i have been suffering from pleural effusion. When I was diagnose with pleural effusion it was cured by steroids and ATT drugs, afterwards 2012 and 2013 and 2014 it was mild effusion but painful, some of doctors saying its kind of CHF even some of saying it is due to TB. This time i mean 2014-2015 i wanted to try with homoeopathic medicines and visited a nearby physician he gave me Bryonia and aconite, later he keeps bryonia continue and aconite replace with sulphur, since it is about two months but no significant improvement. Could anybody out there help me and advise some homoeopathic medicine or Ayurvedic treatment?

Since 2010,you are having pleural effusion only in winter. Are you taking Att every winter and how long. TB and CHF should not occure in periodic manner that is every winter. Kindly get ECHO done to r/o CHF. Pleural effusion should be aspirated and all neccesary investigation done to say if CHF/TB. Kindly contact good cardiologist and respiratory physician. In my opinion by simple test as advised will decide issue of it being due to CHF/TB EFFUSION. Cant comment homeopathis/ayurvedic treatment.
