Dear Lybrate user
_Take complete bed rest for 2-3 days
_Take hot and cold fomentation _Mild stretching exercises ll help you
_Posture correction is needed
This seems like sciatica but to rule out other causes I suggest you a x-ray hip. So follow the advice and consult privately with reports for homoeopathic treatment.
