if u have seasame seeds at home pl give to the child in any form. may be plane seeds or mixed in something like roti etc. at least 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon. he may chew also and drink little water or milk. alternatively msy use little 'til oil' in milk. if not available you may give doasted peanut seeds to him for eating. during lockdown you may not be able to get other Ayurvedic medicine. pl follow these simple steps.

If runny nose is not too bad, leave it alone. It should settle in few days. You can try giving saline nasal drops and steam inhalation.
If runny nose is troublesome use syrup sinarest AF 3 ml thrice daily for 5 days with saline drops to the nose if blocked. Give warm soups and plenty of water.

Your child may improve temporarily with long lasting health issue in later life...

Duration of complaints not mentioned. Always give medications to infant as prescribed by a doctor or child specialist. They are not necessary but harmful if it is viral infection. Ascoril containing levosalbuamol and augmentin containing two different antibiotics have many side effects. Ascoril ls dose 0.5 ml 3 times. Augmentine dose 30 mg/kg body weight twice a day.

Levocet can be used in breast feeding
even though it excretes in breast milk there are no studies which show this effects the infant
ambeoxol shouldn't be used.
