Hello Jasima...
I know that it is difficult to approach to the doctor everytime and also costs good amount of money... But I will suggest not to give medicines on random and over the counter suggestions..
Your child may improve temporarily with long lasting health issue in later life...
Prefer to consult and take proper treatment only. This is the developmental phase of child.

Duration of complaints not mentioned. Always give medications to infant as prescribed by a doctor or child specialist. They are not necessary but harmful if it is viral infection. Ascoril containing levosalbuamol and augmentin containing two different antibiotics have many side effects. Ascoril ls dose 0.5 ml 3 times. Augmentine dose 30 mg/kg body weight twice a day.

even though it excretes in breast milk there are no studies which show this effects the infant
ambeoxol shouldn't be used.
