Take tab. sinarest it contains
( Acetaminophen+ Pseudoephedrine+ chlorpheniramine). Acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, and pseudoephedrine is a combination medicine used to throat infection and treat headache, fever, body aches, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and sinus congestion caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu.
Do gargle with warm water thrice a day. Drink warm water also.
Take plenty of water, liquid diet, dalia, green veg., orange.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and For cold take tablet cetrizine at night and For cough take syp ascoril-D 2.5 ml twice a day and also start with cp amoxicillin 500 mg 1-1 for five days

As you are telling that she had runny nose and also mother having the same, most likely it's viral upper respiratory tract infection. As there is no fever and baby is feeding well, it's good sign. Continue with nasal saline drops frequently, you can give even at every 1 hour. Watch for breathing pattern of baby if you think it's labored or very fast need to get to hospital.
