HI, I have product name Naturamore nutritional food supplements containing Soya protein isolate, aloe Vera extract, Omega 3 DHA, multiminerals and multivitamins, maltodextrin, Tri calcium phosphate, ferrous fumarate, vitamin E Acetate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine HCl, niacinamide, ergocalciferol and cyanocobalamin. My question is this product expiry was July 2017 i.e 18 months from manufacturing date Jan 2016. Is it safe to consume this product or should avoid it.

No, The effects of the tablets is reduced also thee can be bacterial or fungal growth due to the changes. So do not have those tablets.

Pregnant 8 months complete, baby weight is 2.114 kg at 33 weeks 0 days. Doctor suggested protein supplement with dha. protein plus was given by medical store. It has protein hydrolysate 20% 5 mg, dha 10%, pyridoxine hydro chloride .5 mg, cyanocobalamin 1 mcg, vit d3 100iu, folic acid .3 mg, niacinamide 15 mg, calcium 200 mg, manganese sulphate 1.5 mcg, zinc 1.5 mg, iron 10 mg, magnesium oxide 4 mg, cupric sulphate 2.5,chromium 25 mcg, selenium dioxide monohydrate 20 mcg, potassium chloride 5 mg, sodium chloride 33 mg, iodine 100 mcg. Is it safe during pregnancy?

if this hair supplement is prescribed by some authorized doctor you can ask him/her for the same. if you are doing self medicatetion your self then i think you should not do experience with your health.

I was suffering from an anxiety disorder the doc gave me methylcobalamin 1500 mcg once a day for 25 days due to which I am not able to concentrate on my studies like I used to and theres hurdles in my day to day tasks. What best thing can be done as when I am concentrating I am feeling strongness in my forehead and not able to focus properly and learn properly I do not know why he gave me such but its like over strongness and along with methylcobalamin he also gave me benfotiamine-150mg, alpha lipoic acid-100mg, chromium picolinate-200mcg & inositol-150mg I asked him this is causing much problems in my day to day tasks but he said this med is for strongness of nerves but is it given to younger children who are studying my ques is this. please suggest what best can be done to gain that confidence and concentration fast for my exams.

Please do not take any medicine as mutivitamin preparations. They are not of much help. You have to avoid stress by meditation. It will increase your concentration. Consult doctor.

Currently I am using nu revo sebum control moisture at morning and tretinoin cream usp 0.02%w/w for 30 min at night. For facewash I use cetaphil gentle skin cleaner once in morning. Also sometimes when my face gets too dry at night I use cetaphil moisturizing cream but whenever I use it I have noticed that the next morning I get pimples over my forehead and cheeks. My face is of mixed type, middle forehead, nose and chin are oily and rest of the face normal type. I have heard a lot about minimalist brand and it's retinol, multipeptide, vitamin c, alpha arbutin, niacinamide, hydrolic acid, salicylic acid should I inculcate them in my daily routine. If yes then what should be used and at what time of the day. Also currently I am not using any sunscreen, so should I also include that in my daily routine and how to use it?

Just the face is getting darker or it is generalized darkening of the whole body. U could use bristaa intense at night for 2 months.

Hi, Go for ferimon xt as she needs iron supplements for improving pregnancy induced anaemia. Other 2 tablets you mentioned need to be given before 12 weeks of pregnancy.

I am 16 years old and having pinched pain in my shoulders and numbness in my legs. I consulted with my near by doctor and he gave me three tablets: 1.armith-od (methylcobalamin, pyridoxine hcl and folic acid capsule) 2.serin-d (diclofenac potassium, paracetamol and serratiopeptidase tablets) 3.pra-nav (pregabalin and nortriptyline tablets) dosage directed- armith od 1 time serin-d 2 times a day pra-nav *1 time after taking all three medicines I feel very sleepy which prevents me from doing many works. Is this a side effect?
