Avoid eating excessive amounts of cough drops containing menthol. Large amounts of menthol can reduce milk supply.

Vitamin D is slightly deficient, better to maintain from 45 to 60. Vitamin B 12 is normal at lower range, maintain it up to 800. Other values are normal. Go for Thyroid profile check.

If you are only on oral anti-diabetics then it is not so difficult. But if on Insulin then scheduling the dose becomes more critical. You may need comparatively a lesser dose (by a few units.
