Better not to give them together. I take you are giving ambrolite for cough, continue with that and once cough is better give the deworming medicine.

I would prefer to give metrogyl first and loose motions once they subside baby canbe dewormed with no worm syrup. If baby has cclic give colic aid to tide over the crisis.

You can give noworm syrup 5 ml and ambrodil plus syrup 5 ml at the same time to your 22 month old baby

it is not advisable to deworm on monthly basis, because it takes at least 3 months for the parasites to grow and cause worm related issues.
Though it may not cause drug related problems technically, but its better to deworm monthly on minimum regular schedule.

Better to go for stool lab test (R/M).worms rarely causes diarrhea. And these days .viral diarrhea is more common rather anything else .give lot of ORS and zinc 2o mg a day for 2 weeks.
