First confirm through a doctor that you have scabies. If you have developed itching only after appying permethrine, then it could be allergy. For which allegra 120 tablet and fucibet at affected area will be helpful. Speak to a physicain to change scabies medicatio to benzyl benzoate or ascabiol or ivermectin medication. Good personal hygiene, avoiding another contact, following instructions properly will help.

Hello,
itching can be due to various causes, common ones being-
- skin conditions-eczema, tinea, scabies etc
-diabetes itself if the sugar isn't controlled. -involvement of liver
-involvement of kidneys
etc
I would like to ask a few more questions here to confirm the diagnosis and then treat accordingly. I would advise you to consult a dermatologist online or offline, for proper management of your itch.
