No harm in using it at night after hot water bath to be applied all over body esp affected area and most importantly below neck only. Not to be applied above neck. Let it be overnight and wash off in morning. Should try to consult local Dr. Before using it.

once a week for at least 3 weeks wash all your bed sheets in hot water and put all your mattress in sun the scabies mite lives in bed so keep good bedding hygiene.

Apply a thin layer of 1% Ascabiol emulsion into all skin areas from neck to toes. Completely wash off from the body with warm water after 8-12 hour. Repeat the treatment after one week if required. Thoroughly wash your clothing, bed sheet, blanket etc and dry it in the sun.
