Dear user. Delayed ejaculation (de) occurs when a man needs more than 30 minutes of sexual stimulation to reach orgasm and ejaculate. De has multiple causes, including anxiety, depression, neuropathy, and reactions to medications. Please let us know whether you have any of these conditions. No drug has been specifically approved for de, but medications used for conditions such as parkinson’s disease have been shown to help. Counseling, psychotherapy, sex therapy etc can also help you. Take care.

Regular cycles means ,you are ovulating. Usually based on follicular sonography, hcg is given to rupture the follicle. But there are other factors like endometrial receptivity, ideal, hormonal levels and amh levels which can help a normal pregnancy. As you are having no periods now, you need progesteron withdrawal and then induction of ovulation. I can clarify online if you need further clarification.

Another is stop-start technique: when you feel that you are going to ejaculate stop the sexual stimulation and divert your mind, the penis will relax, after sometime start the stimulation again and repeat the proced...more

Hi.
Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever.
