Adapt a healthy lifestyle and be consistent with the daily exercise routine. You can learn Yoga and pranayam which can improve your overall health and immunity. Eat more of natural food (prefer freshly made homemade food ). Have fruits and vegetables everyday. Later you can add Homeopathy if the tendency remains. Homeopathy is based on holistic approach and so a detailed case history would be helpful to select remedies that suit your constitution. You can contact me for a private consultation.
