Don't be afraid, it is a very good medicine, and your psychiatrist has prescribed well. But no need for vitamin tablets and all. Just take recita, there can be initial side effects ike yawning, mild anxiety and some gastritis which will disappear in 2-4 weeks. It s antidepressant effect will also take 2-4 weeks to be felt.

You need to take medication as per your doctor's recommendation. Do not discontinue, alter, modify or change it in any way. Take it for the prescribed period of time. Premature termination of treatment can lead to relapse or worsening of symptoms. It becomes more difficult to treat after that.

50 % of people with anxiety will remit after a single course of medication, remaining half might need to continue the medication for long time, even life time. Consult your psychiatrist regularly as advised and he will be able to adjust the dose and duration. All the best.
