You should stick to recita forte only & ask your doctor to make appropriate dosage adjustment to help you get better. Recita forte contains Escitalopram + Clonazepam combination of which, Escitalopram is a very good antidepressant. You can get better on plain escitalopram alone with some dosage adjustment. ESCITALOPRAM OXALATE decreases sexual functions. So unless you stop taking escitalopram your problem of premature ejaculation will not be cured even if you take medicnes for escitalopram.

There are plenty of effective antidepressant that has no sexual side effect. Please discuss with your psychiatrist.

rexipra 10 mg is escitalopram 10 mg. It is available. The same medicine in different brand names are also available freely in the market. But it is better to consult your psychiatrist regularly and adjust the dose or to stop it. It may not be a tablet for your whole life.
