I've been diagnosed with anal fissure with a skin tag, I didn't want to go for surgery because my baby is 3 mo so started with homoeo treatment, was suggested sulphur, arsenic alb, nux voice, mag phos, bc25 to be taken 4 times for 21 days and was applying creme gel avoiding all spicy, oily junk food, having high fibre diet, stool softener and water (all this provided me great relief) but since two days i'm again having extreme pain while defecating as I forgot to apply gel so went for ayurvedic advice where doctor asked me to go for anal dilation for 10 days and since yesterday after first sitting i'm having extreme pain after each defecation. I was given xylocaine gel to apply before and after defecating which gives me relief only for sometime and voveran has been suggested sos. I want to know how effective is anal dilation treatment and how often and for how long xylocaine can be applied as i've read that it makes your skin thinner making it more prone to defecation trauma. I'm female of 34 age, suffering from severe ringworm at inner thighs, stomach and around the nose above the lips but it is severing on thighs with lots of itching since a year. Taken allopathy medicines for the whole year from the last June to till the date but effects I found as I should get the effect. It was reducing some times but again growing back on sever level. Also I'm facing pcod issues, though I'm getting periods but its not as normal periods because flow is not good enough as it was in my younger age but still have higher prolactin level which goes down than the normal range when I use continues cabergoline 0. 25 and when I stop this so again the level goes high. Apart from this have vaginal issues some times getting allot of discharge itching and sometimes it becomes normal, have gone through with yeast infection 4 times in past 3 to 5 years. I feel my immunity is weak and due to that im facing fungal issues in the body in the form of different infections like vaginal and ringworm. Kindly do suggest treatment and cost of treatment also let me know. After watching video on youtube of homeopathy medicine for ringworm I got arsenic 30ch, tellurium 30ch, petroleum 30ch, and r82 in liquid form but as of now haven't seen results, may b after a couple of days I will see improvement in condition but not sure as I started one day ago. I am suffering from urticaria since november 2013. I was prescribed allopathic medicines which gave temporary relief only. The rashes are sometimes like scratch and sometimes cover an area over shoulder, chest, back, neck, and abdomen. Sometimes scratch like rashes appear on forearm. Lesions appear if something is written on forearm skin by some object. Usually the patches on shoulder, neck etc. Are itchy and heat is felt. Over the time I was using cetrizine which was working very well and the symptoms almost disappear on cetrizine. Later on in 2015 I stopped taking cetrizine and tried to control the issue with natural cures and ayurvedic remedies. However the problem was reduced but did not go off completely. So I would used to bear the less rashes that I had. But, about 3 months ago I contacted cold and used to cough. The cough lasted for more than weeks and I had breathing difficulty. I went to see a doctor after Xray and ct scan, mediastinal nodes were identified in lungs and TB was suspected. After biopsy which was done to rule out lymphoma TB was most probably suspected. Doctor has now given me TB drugs mostly antibiotics. However, in due course I have started taking cetrizine again and my urticaria has got worse. My body is less immune I think as I usually get cold in every season. Earlier I used to smoke and drink, but since one year I have quit all tobacco products and alcohol completely in order to curb urticaria. Currently I am using following remedies on daily basis: Nat. Muir 1M (empty stomach), Hepar sulphur 1M, belladonna 1M and Arsenic Album 1M. Bacillinum 10M (once a week) All are taken two drops directly on tongue on prescription of a family homeopathic doctor. I suspect that I might have a leaky gut, but I am not sure. I avoid milk products and I am also suffering from tooth cavity. Now I want to seek professional advice to cure Urticaria. Kindly advise on urticaria specific remedy.
