go to local doctor and get bp monitoring done with another group of medicines
reduce salt to bare minimum
take more potassium through citrus fruits like oranges and lemon juice
exercises and yoga and meditation reduce stress and anxiety related issues

Just switching on from one medicine to another randomly may not help. Meet your cardiologist, get a complete evaluation done including ecg echo renal doppler, thyroid profile, serum electrolytes, s. Urea, s creatinine. Let him find out the cause for your uncontrolled hypertension and then only can a decision to change medicines can be made.
